The purposes for which this cooperative association is organized are to engage in buying and selling petroleum products, tires, batteries, accessories, chemicals and other products, equiptment and matierials for the use of its members and other patrons. In general, to have all powers, rights and privilegeas necessary and incidental to said purposes and as provided by law. All such activities shall be conducted on a cooperative plan to obtain the lowest possible cost to its members and patrons.
